If you're not registering and paying Online for the courses, you could download the Registration Form above, Print it out, and either Fax it, or Mail it in.

 

For Courses, you could either go to the Courses web page or click here to Register and Pay Online.

 

For Home-Study Courses, you could either go to the Home-Study Courses web page or click here to Register and Pay Online.
